Our wines

The name Hibernal is non-incidental, and leads to being associated with hibernation. This variety not only hibernates for the winter, to protect against the frosts with remarkable effectiveness. It also has a rare capability and strength for preserving the aromas that develop in the fruits at the vineyard, which gives the wine a unique and rich, fruity herbal tone. The aromas bring to mind black currant leaves, passion fruit and nettle. In the taste, a delicate sweet aura balances with a tartness that lingers on the palate. Turnau Vineyard’s Hibernal is a full, yet also brisk semi-dry wine.
