A few facts you may not have heard about our Chardonnay 2020:

-Fruits that we use for production grow close to our lake, which accumulates heat during the day and gives it back at night. Our plot of chardonnay has a total of 3.5 hectares. It is one of the largest plots of land in Poland.
-Chardonnay is one of the latest harvested variety. In 2020, we collected it in mid-October.
-Wine spends 13 months in large oak and acacia barrels.
-This is our only white wine that goes through the so-called malolactic fermentation procces. Thanks to it, high malic acid turns into milder lactic acid, and the wine becomes rounder. There is also a delicate buttery note, typical for oak chardonnay.
