August is very exciting moment for winemaker. Summer sun gives the final touch to the ripening fruits and winery is preparing for intense work. Harvest is culmination of months of preparation, and we try to adapt to what nature will offer and be ready for it, as good as we can.

We pay attention to the last detail. Every day we check the fruit parameters and the degree of ripeness of individual varieties. When grapes are in perfect condition, we start.

We start on Monday. Solaris is ready to go, same as we are!
