Our wines

Ambre wine from the Turnau Vineyard is an orange wine. Created from the white variety of johanniter, it was subjected to the production method used for red grapes. The squeezed bunches were in contact with their skins for a period of three weeks, which imbued the wine with structure, tannins, and a beautiful amber color. Prolonged ageing in a barrel developed its intense bouquet. Ambre has aromas of ripe apples, Mirabelle plum and accents of wood. The palate is dry and concentrated, with noticeable tannins. The wine has an aging potential of at least several years.
