Our wines

Classique Brut is a specific amalgamation of finesse and grandeur. In the nose, one can find notes of a fruit orchard. Enticing, vibrant sparkling imparts citrusy refreshment and a delicately sedimentary background, which imbues the wine with an aspect of salinity, with a pleasant acidity. This pearly impression compounded by an aftertaste of crisp, young apples, which lingers on the palate. The wine was created using the extraordinary technique of second in-bottle fermentation, which is also referred to as the traditional method (méthode traditionnelle). Sparkling wines are also created in this way in the Champagne region of France.
